Personal data processed
We process the data provided during registration and use of the service: name, surname, email address, activities and premises connected to the account. We also store technical security and usage data, such as the IP address recorded at the time of consent, accesses, application events and information necessary for the operation of the session.
Ingredients, suppliers, prices, recipes, sales and economic data entered into the application may contain information relating to the user's activity. We do not ask for special categories of personal data.
Purposes and legal bases
Account creation and management, calculations, archive saving, assistance and subscription. Legal basis: execution of the contract or pre-contractual measures.
Abuse prevention, error diagnosis and feature usage analysis. Legal basis: legitimate interest of the owner.
Management of payments, invoicing and legal obligations. Legal basis: legal obligation.
They will only be sent with separate consent when this feature is introduced. Consent may be revoked at any time.
Storage times
The account and archive data are kept for the duration of the contractual relationship. After the account is closed, they are deleted or made anonymous within a reasonable period, except for data that must be kept for longer for legal obligations, protection of rights or management of disputes. Administrative and fiscal documents are kept for the periods established by applicable legislation.
Backup copies are deleted according to the normal rotation cycle and are not used for any further purpose.
Recipients and transfers
The data is not sold. They may be processed by authorized personnel and suppliers necessary for the provision of the service, for example hosting, maintenance, email, assistance and administrative services. When requested, these suppliers act as data controllers on the basis of an agreement compliant with Article 28 GDPR.
The infrastructure is configured to operate in European Union. Any transfers outside the European Economic Area will only be carried out in the presence of an adequate legal basis and the guarantees required by the GDPR.
Security
We take technical and organizational measures proportionate to the risk, including company and local data segregation, access control, session protection and backup procedures. No system can guarantee absolute security; any incidents are managed according to applicable legislation.
Rights of the interested party
In the cases provided for by the GDPR you can request access, rectification, cancellation, limitation, portability and opposition to processing, as well as withdraw consent without prejudice to the lawfulness of the previous processing.
You can send your request to support@dishcost.app. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with Guarantor for the protection of personal data.
Updates
This policy may be updated to reflect regulatory or service changes. In case of significant changes, active users will be informed through the application or contact details associated with the account.
