Decision support tool
DishCost performs mathematical calculations on the data entered by the user and presents estimates, simulations, minimum prices, food costs, margins and management suggestions. The results are supporting operational indications and do not constitute a promise, certification or guarantee of price, margin, profit, revenue or economic result.
DishCost does not replace the professional, commercial, accounting or tax evaluation of the user and his consultants.
Dependence on the data entered
The reliability of the results depends on the completeness and correctness of the information provided, including raw material prices, quantities, units of measurement, yields, waste, VAT rates, processing times, energy costs, packaging, sales prices and volumes.
The user is responsible for entering, updating and verifying their data. Errors, omissions, outdated prices or inconsistent units of measurement may produce inaccurate or unsuitable results for the actual situation of the business.
Check before use
Before applying a price or making economic decisions, the user must verify the starting data, consider costs and circumstances not represented in the software and evaluate the market, taxation, organization and commercial positioning. The final decision and its effects remain the responsibility of the user.
Limits of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the supplier is not responsible for the economic consequences resulting from incorrect, incomplete or outdated data entered by the user, nor from the automatic application of the results without the checks indicated above.
This provision does not exclude or limit liabilities that cannot be excluded or limited by law, nor the liability of the supplier for its own breaches in cases where the law makes it mandatory.
Specific acceptance
To use DishCost, the user declares to have read and understood these warnings and specifically approves the indicative nature of the results, his/her responsibility for the data entered and the obligation to verify before making economic decisions.
